Vista Portrait Studio provides AI-assisted professional headshot services. Customers upload photos, select preferred styles or backgrounds, and receive professionally prepared digital headshots.

Our service may include artificial intelligence tools, editing software, human review, quality control, and customer support.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services.

If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our services for anyone under 13 years old.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, contacting us, or using our services.

You are responsible for making sure the email address and contact information you provide are correct. We are not responsible for missed communications, delivery issues, or order delays caused by incorrect information.

When you upload photos, images, text, preferences, instructions, or other materials to Vista Portrait Studio, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content, or you have permission to use it.
• The uploaded photos are of you or of a person who has authorized you to submit them.
• The content does not violate anyone else’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, sexually explicit, exploitative, or harmful.
• The content does not impersonate another person without permission.

You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.

By submitting content to Vista Portrait Studio, you give us a limited license to use, store, process, modify, edit, and share that content with service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested. This includes generating headshots, reviewing image quality, completing edits, handling revisions, providing customer support, improving internal workflow, preventing fraud, and fulfilling your order.

This license ends when it is no longer reasonably necessary for us to provide the service, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, business, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Vista Portrait Studio uses AI-assisted tools to create professional headshot images. AI-generated images may not be perfect and may sometimes include differences, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.

You understand and agree that final images may vary from your uploaded photos, including differences in:

• Facial expression
• Skin texture
• Hair shape or color
• Clothing appearance
• Background details
• Lighting
• Body angle
• Facial proportions
• Overall likeness

We make reasonable efforts to create professional, realistic, and usable headshots, but we do not guarantee that every image will look exactly like you or match every personal expectation.

AI headshots should not be used for identity verification, government identification, legal documents, passports, driver’s licenses, security credentials, or any situation requiring a verified, documentary likeness.

Our service may include human review to improve quality, realism, style, and customer satisfaction.

Human review does not guarantee perfection. It is intended to reduce obvious errors and improve the final image set before delivery.

You agree not to use Vista Portrait Studio to:

• Create images of someone without their permission.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Impersonate another person.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, explicit, or illegal content.
• Violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
• Harass, defame, exploit, or harm any person.
• Upload copyrighted images unless you own them or have permission.
• Use our services to train, build, or improve a competing AI image service.
• Interfere with or disrupt our website, systems, security, or services.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, remove content, or block access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Prices are displayed on our website or checkout page.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees.

Payment must be completed before we begin processing your order unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, outages, fees, declined transactions, or security practices.

Any turnaround times shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, image quality, customer response time, technical issues, revisions, third-party provider delays, or other factors.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Vista Portrait Studio may offer revisions depending on the package purchased or the issue reported.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery unless we state otherwise in writing.

Revisions are intended to address reasonable issues such as:

• Obvious image defects
• Incorrect background or clothing direction
• Unnatural facial features
• Major style mismatch
• Delivery errors

Revisions do not include unlimited new generations, complete changes in creative direction, new photo submissions, or requests that were not included in the original order unless we choose to provide them.

Because our services involve custom digital image creation, refunds are limited.

Once image processing has started, your order may not be eligible for a full refund.

We may offer a revision, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or order credit at our discretion depending on the situation.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Failure to read the service description before ordering
• Change of mind after the order begins
• Personal preference after images are delivered
• Low-quality uploaded photos
• Unrealistic expectations about AI-generated images
• Refusal to provide additional information needed to complete the order
• Using the service for a purpose it was not designed for

If there is a major issue with your order, contact us at contact@vistaportraitstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Final images are delivered digitally.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your final images after delivery. We may not store delivered images indefinitely.

We are not responsible for lost files after delivery if you fail to download, save, or back up your images.

After full payment, you may use the final headshots delivered to you for personal and professional purposes, including:

• LinkedIn
• Resumes
• Business websites
• Social media profiles
• Email signatures
• Professional bios
• Marketing materials
• Speaker profiles
• Realtor, business, or personal branding profiles

You may not resell the final images as stock photography, claim that the images were created by you, use them to mislead others, use them for unlawful purposes, or use them in a way that violates another person’s rights.

We will not publicly display your uploaded photos or final headshots in our portfolio, advertising, website, social media, or marketing materials unless you give us permission.

If you give us permission to use your images for marketing, you may later request that we stop using them by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove them from future marketing materials, but we may not be able to remove content already printed, published, shared, indexed, cached, or distributed by third parties.

If you provide a testimonial, review, comment, or feedback, you give Vista Portrait Studio permission to use it for marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

We may edit testimonials for length, spelling, or clarity, but we will not knowingly change the meaning of your statement.

You agree that any testimonial or review you provide will reflect your honest experience.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information and uploaded images.

Vista Portrait Studio may use third-party tools and service providers, including AI image-generation tools, cloud storage providers, payment processors, email platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, editing software, and customer support tools.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policies, security practices, or service interruptions.

Your use of third-party tools may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Vista Portrait Studio website, branding, logos, text, graphics, design, service descriptions, workflows, and other materials are owned by Vista Portrait Studio or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, or exploit our website content or business materials without written permission.

Vista Portrait Studio provides digital headshot services. We do not guarantee that your headshots will result in job offers, interviews, business leads, increased sales, social media growth, dating success, professional advancement, or any specific outcome.

Any examples, testimonials, or sample images are for illustration only and do not guarantee identical results.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit access to any part of our website or services at any time.

We may also update service packages, pricing, features, delivery methods, or policies at any time.

Changes will not affect orders already placed unless necessary due to technical, legal, or operational reasons.

If Vista Portrait Studio offers subscriptions, memberships, free trials, or recurring billing in the future, the specific billing terms will be shown at the time of signup.

By signing up for a recurring plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription terms, renewal dates, pricing, cancellation instructions, and trial details will be disclosed before you agree to purchase.

You may cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided at signup or by contacting us at contact@vistaportraitstudio.com.

If Vista Portrait Studio does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing, this section does not apply.
